Yes. Ursa offers fully customized remote coaching for clients and athletes anywhere in the world through TrueCoach, including individualized programming, movement analysis, video feedback, and ongoing support.

Absolutely. Coaching is adapted to your current experience level, goals, and movement capacity - whether you’re learning the basics or returning to training after time away.

In-person coaching is available by appointment in Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan, following an initial consultation and movement analysis.

Communication is ongoing and high-touch. Training, videos, and progress are reviewed weekly, with direct messaging available through TrueCoach throughout the process.

Training is typically structured in 6–8 week blocks, but coaching is designed as an ongoing process that evolves as your strength, movement, and goals change.

Yes. Ursa asks for an initial 3-month commitment to allow enough time for assessment, multiple training blocks, and meaningful progress.
